29 CFR 1910.95 Occupational Noise Exposure & Hearing Conservation

According to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), 10 million employees in the United States incur permanent hearing loss, while nearly 30 million are exposed to dangerous levels in our normal day to day operations.

In accordance with OSHA compliance, all workers exposed to 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) noise levels of 85 decibels (dBs) or above require annual hearing conservation training.
